LVL生產(chǎn)線   LVL Production Line

簡介

1、含有鋸切生產(chǎn)鋪板線，可實現(xiàn)全自動鋸切、運輸，直至出熱壓后的毛板；

2、適用于兩種生產(chǎn)工藝：中間一側設有預壓機，板材如需預壓，則可通過預壓機進行預壓；如無需預壓，則可避開預壓機，直接送至裝板機，實現(xiàn)整條線的自動化；

3、生產(chǎn)效率高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，便于精確控制。

1.LVL Production Line has one Automatic Saw cutting Style LVL assemble line,so it can automatic saw cutting,conveyoring to the Raw Board after hot pressing.

2.This Production line is suitable for two Production Technology: First,there is Pre Press at the side of Line,if the raw board need Prepress,it can go through Prepress machine and Pre Press, if the board does not need prepress,it can be optioned to avoid the prepress,and directly go to Loading system, this line is completely automatic.

3.This Line has accurate control system,so it has high production efficiency and good product quality.
